Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information processed by our third-party payment provider.

Monitoring Data

We collect the URLs and endpoints you configure for monitoring, along with the results of monitoring checks including HTTP status codes, response times, SSL certificate details, error messages, and visual screenshots of your monitored endpoints (if enabled). This data is essential to providing the Service.

Screenshot Data

If you enable screenshot monitoring, we capture periodic visual snapshots of your monitored web pages using an automated headless browser. Screenshots are rendered at a fixed viewport (1280×720 pixels) and stored as JPEG images on our infrastructure. We store the image file along with metadata including file size, viewport dimensions, capture timestamp, and the associated check status. Screenshots are captured solely for the purpose of providing you with a visual record of your monitored endpoints. No optical character recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence analysis, or content extraction is performed on screenshot images.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.

Technical Data

We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and referring URLs. This information helps us maintain security and improve the Service.

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Send monitoring alerts and notifications you have configured
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send important account-related communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

4. Data Retention

We retain your monitoring data according to your subscription plan's data retention period (30 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, 1 year for Enterprise). Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Screenshot images follow your plan's screenshot retention period (30 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, 1 year for Enterprise). Screenshots and their associated metadata are permanently deleted from our servers after the applicable retention period expires.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, secure password hashing (Argon2id), and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the Service (payment processing, email delivery, infrastructure hosting)
